Dr Chauhan has over 25 years of experience as an Orthodontist.
She graduated as a Dentist from Kings College, London in 1991 and gained her Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a Masters’s in Orthodontics in 1998.
For over 12 years, Dr. Chauhan provided NHS and Private orthodontic care for thousands of children and adults, from specialist orthodontic practices in High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, West London, and Reading.
Dr. Chauhan created Smile101 in 2004, practicing at the Princess Margaret Hospital, and relocated to her present address at 118 St Leonard’s Road, Windsor.
Smile101 is an established private specialist orthodontic centre working with a team of specialists. Dr Chauhan works closely with Dr Sandra Pritlove-Carson, Specialist Periodontist, to manage the orthodontic care of patients following periodontal treatment.
Dr. Sheila Chauhan purchased Simply Orthodontics Guildford in Dec 2016 an established NHS and private specialist orthodontic practice located in the historic heart of Guildford. She rebranded the business to Smile101 Specialist Orthodontic Centre in view to add her flair and passion for creating smiles for both adults and children.
Dr. Chauhan is registered with the General Dental Council and on the Specialist list. She is a member of the British Orthodontic Society, the British Lingual Orthodontic Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry. She participates regularly in international conferences, meetings, workshops, and courses to keep up-to-date with the latest advancements of the profession.
I wanted to become a specialist and expand my learning. Orthodontics is exciting and innovative.
